Honor has launched the Magic V6 foldable smartphone at MWC 2026, marking the first time the company has debuted a Magic V model globally outside of China. This shift highlights the device's increased importance as competition intensifies, especially with Apple's expected entry into the foldable market this year.
The Magic V6 boasts significant durability improvements, including an industry-leading hinge rated for 500,000 folds and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance. It features a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chip, a crease-minimized display with 5,000 nits brightness, and a high-end triple-camera system.
Despite its flagship specs and advanced AI features for multitasking and photography, the phone will not be available for official purchase in North America. Interested US buyers would need to import it from other markets where it launches in the second half of 2026.
