Kodak has expanded its lineup of analog photography gear with the introduction of the Kodak EC35. While the brand recently gained significant attention for its viral half-frame cameras, this new model distinguishes itself by offering a full-frame 35mm experience at an equally accessible price point of approximately $35 / £35.
Design and Usability
The EC35 draws inspiration from classic point-and-shoot cameras of the past. It features a convenient slide-out cover to protect the lens, a design choice reminiscent of legendary models like the Olympus Stylus Epic and the Contax T3. The camera is intentionally designed for simplicity, catering to beginners who prefer a straightforward shooting experience without the complexity of manual controls.

Unlike the more expensive Kodak Snapic A1, which features automatic film winding, the EC35 requires the user to wind the film manually.
The Kodak EC35 represents another collaboration from Reto, the licensee responsible for a range of modern Kodak-branded film cameras, including the Ektar H35 and the Snapic A1.

The Kodak EC35 is currently available for purchase in both the US and UK markets.
