Leon's Desk Locks (West Office): The first lock combination is MRG, found from name plaques (Marvin, Rita, George). The second is NED, from the north-side desks (Elliot, David). Opening it grants a pistol magazine upgrade for Leon or a revolver speed reloader for Claire.
Locker Codes: Shower room (2nd floor): CAP. Locker by stairs (3rd floor): DCM. Sewers Control Room: SZF. Each provides valuable ammunition.
Safe Combinations: 1st Floor West Office: Left 9, Right 15, Left 7 (Hip Pouch). 2nd Floor East Wing Waiting Room: Left 6, Right 2, Left 11 (Weapon Part). Treatment Pool Room: Left 2, Right 12, Left 8 (Shotgun Upgrade/Hip Pouch).
Laboratory Codes: Greenhouse Control Room ladders: 3-1-2 and 5-8-3. Drug testing combo: 1-0-4. Plant 43 Solutions: Red, Green, Blue sequence and Blue, Red, Green sequence.
Portable Safes: Codes are randomized per playthrough. Solve them by pressing buttons in a counter-clockwise sequence to complete a full circle. Locations: Playthrough A (2nd floor shower & linen rooms). Playthrough B (1st floor interrogation & 2nd floor linen rooms). Rewards are replacement keys for the safety deposit room.
